No Refunds or Returns/Exchanges
All our art is handmade by us here in Oregon. Expect variants in glazes, wood grain, finish, and details. These are not mass produced by a machine - please enjoy the variety and uniqueness of each handmade piece!
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We ship our items insured and can help facilitate a claim for damage. Please save the box and photograph images of the damage as that is requred for the claim.
Delivery Delays
We ship via USPS and UPS. Please excpect delays due to the current state of the Postal Service and UPS. We recommend you sign up for the USPS delivery tracking service and or the UPS My Choice App and use that to track progress of your shipment. Please contact your local post office to enquire about delays. We cannot track packages for you any better than what you see on the USPS website. Sorry! If you prefer we ship via another carrier - please contact us BEFORE you place your order so we can assist.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We cannot accomodate exchanges.
Refunds / Cancelled Orders / Restocking Fee
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to multiple orders or known reseller activity. Multiple orders will be cancelled and charged a 10% restocking fee. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
