Shipping policy

Most orders are shipped via UPS with insurance and signature required.  Please download and create an account on the My UPS Choice app in order to track your package, change your shipping, hold you package or redeliver your package.  Once the item leaves our studio, we cannot change any delivery options for you.  Missed deliveries (sometimes UPS doesn't even try to get a signature) will be either re-routed and held at pick up point for 5-7 days, or returned to me.  You will be notified via your email on your order when your order ships, and what the tracking number is, delivery attempts and returns.  Enable settings in the My UPS Choice to notify you when your package is out for delivery or being held for pick up.

UPS will charge me a return to sender fee of $18-$20.  Your order will be refunded the paid amount MINUS shipping, return shipping, and restocking fee of 10% and sold to the next person if returned to me.  Thank you!
