This mug will ship via UPS insured (sorry, we cannot ship to PO Boxes with UPS) and signature required.  Thus, shipping costs reflect those up charges.  If you ship to a business or Personal Box, please notify me within 30 minutes of your order and I will adjust your shipping costs and remove the signature required costs.  I cannot adjust costs after I process payments.  

You have 30 minutes after your order confirmation in which you may cancel.  Once I process payments, I cannot cancel without a 10% restock/service fee.  We reserve the right to cancel any order.
